For your 1 Red Casino account, we accept a wide variety of fiat and cryptocurrencies.

Fiat Currencies:

Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Australian Dollar (AUD), New Zealand Dollar (NZD), South African Rand (ZAR), and Argentine Peso (ARS).

Cryptocurrencies:

Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ethereum ERC-20 (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether ERC-20 (USDT), Ripple (XRP), Tron (TRX), Cardano (ADA), and Binance Coin (BNB).

2. Internal Crypto Exchange Rates

Rates are internal and pegged against Tether (USDT).

3. Deposit Policies

• Payment Methods: You may fund your account using any method currently available on the Casino website. For advice on the best methods for your region, please contact [email protected].
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: All deposits must originate from a bank account, card, or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly forbidden. Violating this rule will result in the confiscation of your winnings. The Casino is not liable for funds lost due to third-party deposits.
• Conversion Fees: If you deposit in a currency different from your registered account currency, you are responsible for any conversion fees.
• Cryptocurrency Limits & Risks:
  • Due to the decentralized nature of crypto, standard deposit limits cannot be applied to these transactions. If you need to restrict your gambling, please use other available responsible gaming tools.
  • You must deposit an amount equal to or greater than the specified minimum. Any crypto deposit below the minimum threshold cannot be processed, will not reach your account, and cannot be refunded.
  • The Casino is not responsible for funds lost due to sending funds to an incorrect wallet address or using the wrong blockchain network.

4. Withdrawal Policies

• Processing Times: Standard internal processing takes 0 to 48 hours. Once dispatched, the arrival time depends entirely on your bank or payment system.
• Verification (KYC): We reserve the right to hold withdrawals to verify your identity. Providing false, fraudulent, or incomplete documents may result in account termination and the confiscation of all deposits and winnings. If KYC is required, the 48-hour processing window begins only after your documents are verified.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Wagering: To successfully withdraw, you must wager your deposited funds at least three (3) times. If you request a withdrawal without meeting this 3x turnover, the Casino reserves the right to charge you for the transaction processing costs (for both the deposit and the withdrawal).
• Bank Transfers: Bank transfers generally take up to 3 banking days. In rare cases, intermediary banks may apply additional fees (typically around EUR 16), which are beyond our control. Note: Bank transfers cannot be used for USD payouts.
• Payment Method Discretion: The Casino reserves the right to process your withdrawal via a different payment method than the one used for depositing.
• Large Wins: If you win more than EUR 30,000, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of up to EUR 30,000 until the full balance is cleared. Progressive jackpot wins are exempt from this rule and will be paid in full.
• Non-Financial Institution: The Casino is not a bank. Your account will not accrue interest, and we do not offer currency exchange services.
