Available Timeframes and Restrictions You can set a temporary Self-Exclusion Limit for 6 months, 9 months, or 1 year. While this limit is active:
- Your Player Account will be immediately disabled.
- You will be removed from all marketing and promotional mailing lists.
- You will not be permitted to deposit or withdraw any funds.
- Once your chosen period expires, your account will automatically be reactivated.
Policy on Linked Accounts To ensure the self-exclusion is fully effective, any accounts linked to yours will also be immediately disabled. We define “linked accounts” as those sharing any of the following:
- The same household
- Shared devices (computers, mobile phones)
- Email addresses or payment details
- IP addresses
- Shared network environments (such as workplaces, public libraries, universities, or fraternities)
